TROUBLED WATERSRomelia has begun building a new trade port in the remote region of Cashu. Preparations were going smoothly and all seemed well until the laborers building the port stopped showing up. To solve this problem, Romelia convinces the pirates living on Merca Island to take her out on the sea. However, not all goes to plan, as it turns out the pirates might have ulterior motives for helping Romelia. What new encounters await Romelia on the open ocean? And how can she win the pirates over to her side?
