Speed Racer: Tales from the Road is an all-new quarterly release featuring a one-shot tale and backup shorts that expand the universe of Speed Racer! This issue leads with the origin of Racer X's lady love, Hellkitten! How did this bubble-gum blowing bomber become one of the most badass racers around? What's the story with her mechanical arm? How did she recognize Rex Racer when his own brother sees only a masked driver? The dust clears around secrets long buried in Jeremy Whitley and Elisa Pocetta's feature tale! Plus: Eisner-winning creator Jason Loo introduces Elle XS, an influencer whose biggest video ever might be her last after she targets the Tyger Syndicate! And the creative team behind the hit series Nights tells another origin tale: the building of the Mach V!
