After finally getting some info about the possible location of the book’s previous owner, Zeek goes to the nearby tavern looking for a guide to the Dry Valley. On the way he is accosted by some thugs trying to get the book from him. Thankfully, Zeek is rescued by a duo of travelers who help him out of his jam and agree to go look for the Wizard with him, on one condition... Meanwhile, someone else has picked up his trail.
